1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
We collect the information you provide to us when using PromptIQ:
- Full name and email address.
- Assessment and test results generated within the platform.
- Internet Protocol (IP) address and basic device data for security and analytics.
- Profile information returned by LinkedIn or Google when you choose social sign-in (name, email, and the provider identifier they assign to your account).
We do not process payment information. PromptIQ is a beta product focused on assessment results and certificates.
3. How we use your data
We rely on legitimate interest to operate the service, on your consent where required, and on performance of our contract with you when processing payments (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We use your data to:
- Create and deliver personalised certificates and assessment summaries.
- Display your profile information and results when you choose to share them.
- Authenticate you via LinkedIn or Google when you select those sign-in buttons.
- Monitor product usage and improve our platform through aggregated analytics.
4. Storage and security
All personal data is stored securely on Hetzner Cloud servers located in the European Union. Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) processes payment information on our behalf and may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We implement technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, sharing, or loss.
5. Payments
Payments for PromptIQ certifications are handled entirely by Stripe Checkout. PromptIQ never stores or processes your card details. Stripe Payments Europe, Limited securely processes all payment data in line with Stripe's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party providers
PromptIQ relies on trusted processors to power certain features. LinkedIn (Microsoft Corporation) and Google provide identity services when you use social sign-in. They share your verified name, email address, and provider identifier with PromptIQ so we can create and maintain your profile. These companies continue to process data under their own privacy policies, and you can revoke their access at any time from your LinkedIn or Google security settings.
7. Retention
We retain your account details and assessment results for up to 12 months after your last activity. After that period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
As an EU-based individual, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it. 9. Cookies
PromptIQ uses essential cookies for secure sessions and analytics cookies (no advertising) to understand platform usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

To request account deletion or data removal, email alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
