1. Who we are
PromptIQ is operated by Alexander Filimonov (Data Controller), based in France. You can reach us at alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the information you provide to us when using PromptIQ:
- Full name and email address.
- Learning profile: your role, AI/LLM experience level, learning goals, preferred explanation style, pace, tone, and device type — collected during onboarding to personalise your weekly content.
- Implementation submissions: metrics you record after completing weekly challenges, including estimated time saved, cost impact, quality ratings, and deployment decisions.
- Internet Protocol (IP) address and basic device data for security and analytics.
- Profile information returned by LinkedIn or Google when you choose social sign-in (name, email, and the provider identifier they assign to your account).
PromptIQ does not collect or process payment information.
3. How we use your data
We rely on legitimate interest to operate the service and on your consent where required by law (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)). We use your data to:
- Deliver your weekly AI brief by email and personalise lesson content to your learning profile.
- Generate AI-powered lessons via OpenAI using your role, experience level, and selected topics — no more data than necessary is included in these requests.
- Track your weekly implementation progress and display results in your dashboard.
- Authenticate you via LinkedIn or Google when you select those sign-in buttons.
- Monitor product usage and improve the platform through aggregated analytics.
4. Storage and security
All personal data is stored securely on Hetzner Cloud servers located in the European Union. We implement technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, sharing, or loss. PromptIQ does not collect or process any payment information.
5. Email delivery
Weekly briefs and transactional emails are delivered through Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Your name and email address are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of sending emails on our behalf. Resend processes this data under its own privacy policy and applicable data transfer safeguards.
6. Third-party providers
PromptIQ relies on the following trusted processors:
- LinkedIn and Google — identity services for social sign-in. They share your verified name, email address, and provider identifier with PromptIQ so we can create and maintain your profile. You can revoke access at any time from your LinkedIn or Google security settings.
- OpenAI — AI lesson generation. Your learning profile attributes (role, experience level, goals, preferred style) are sent to OpenAI to produce personalised lesson content. No directly identifying information such as your name or email is included.
- PostHog — product analytics, hosted in the EU. We use PostHog to record usage events (page views, feature interactions) and improve the platform. You can opt out at any time via the controls on our Terms of Use page.
7. Retention
We retain your account details, learning profile, and implementation submissions for up to 12 months after your last activity. After that period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
As an EU-based individual, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise your rights, email alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com.
9. Cookies
PromptIQ uses essential cookies for secure sessions and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand platform usage. Analytics are opt-in: PostHog will not collect data until you accept cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time from the Terms of Use page or your browser settings.
10. Contact and data removal
To request account deletion or data removal, email alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
