1. Service description

PromptIQ is a weekly AI learning platform operated by Alexander Filimonov, France. Each week, members receive a curated brief comparing two AI tools or models, follow a structured 5-day implementation cycle, and record measurable outcomes in their dashboard. The platform also generates personalised lessons based on your learning profile. Features may evolve as the platform grows.

2. Certificates

Completion certificates issued by PromptIQ reflect your participation in weekly challenges and implementation cycles. They are for personal and professional reference only and do not carry legal value, professional accreditation, or guarantees of competence.

3. Free access

PromptIQ is currently offered as a free service. No payment information is collected or processed. If paid tiers are introduced in the future, these terms will be updated and you will be notified before any charges apply.

4. Third-party services

PromptIQ relies on external providers for specific features. LinkedIn (Microsoft Corporation) and Google allow you to sign in without a password; when you use those buttons you authorise PromptIQ to receive your verified name, email address, and provider identifier so we can create or update your profile. OpenAI processes your learning profile attributes to generate personalised lesson content on our behalf. Resend handles email delivery of your weekly briefs. We also integrate PostHog analytics as described in Section 8. Each provider processes data under their own terms, and you are responsible for managing access from the respective platform's security settings.

5. Account management

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com.

6. Availability and accuracy

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data displayed, including AI-generated lesson content. PromptIQ may suspend access for maintenance or improvements without liability.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in France, subject to mandatory local protections where applicable.

8. Personal data & GDPR

PromptIQ processes personal data (such as your profile details, learning preferences, implementation submissions, and usage analytics) solely to deliver the platform features you request. Processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interest in operating the service, and we only retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes or comply with legal obligations.

In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing for your personal data. You can also object to processing or ask for data portability where applicable. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

We use PostHog analytics to record product usage events (for example, page views, feature interactions, and coarse location inferred from IP). This helps us understand user flows and improve the platform, which we consider a legitimate interest under GDPR. You may opt out of PostHog tracking at any time using the control below; once opted out, PostHog stops collecting new events for your browser.
