1. Beta service
PromptIQ is an early-stage beta service offered by Alexander Filimonov, France. Features may change without notice and the experience may occasionally be unstable.
2. Certificates and assessments
Certificates generated through PromptIQ are for informational purposes only. They do not carry legal value, professional accreditation, or guarantees of competence.
3. Payments & refunds
Payments for PromptIQ services are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information, and PromptIQ never stores your card details. All transactions are subject to Stripe's own terms. Payments are normally non-refundable, except where required by law or if we fail to deliver the paid service due to a system malfunction.
4. Third-party services
PromptIQ relies on external providers for specific features. LinkedIn (Microsoft Corporation) and Google allow you to sign in without a password; when you use those buttons you authorise PromptIQ to receive your verified name, email address, and provider identifier so we can create or update your profile. These companies process your data under their own terms, and you are responsible for managing access from your LinkedIn or Google security settings. We also integrate PostHog analytics as described below solely to understand product usage.
5. Account management
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com.
6. Availability and accuracy
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data displayed. PromptIQ may suspend access for maintenance or improvements without liability.
7. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in France, subject to mandatory local protections where applicable.
8. Personal data & GDPR
PromptIQ processes personal data (such as profile details, assessment information, and billing identifiers) solely to deliver the platform features you request. Processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interest in operating the service, and we only retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes or comply with legal obligations.
In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing for your personal data. You can also object to processing or ask for data portability where applicable. Exercising these rights is free of charge and will not affect your access to any paid services except where deletion makes delivery impossible.
We also use PostHog analytics to record product usage events (for example, page views, button clicks, device type, and coarse location inferred from IP). This helps us understand user flows and improve onboarding, which we consider a legitimate interest under GDPR. You may opt out of PostHog tracking at any time by contacting us or using any opt-out controls we provide; once opted out, PostHog stops collecting new events for your session.
Analytics are currently enabled to help us improve the product experience.
9. Contact & data requests
Questions about these terms, your data rights, or GDPR compliance can be sent to alexandre.filimonov@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.
